We will no longer issue refunds, returns will be processed as a store credit. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange or store credit, you can contact us at 540-773-2178 or email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a store credit will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a store credit to the email in your account.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure that you provide the correct email address or cell phone number, we can not refund if you entered in the incorrect information.
